"until further notice, please ensure any requests for leave are received by Jennifer Heslegrave at the latest by 1200 noon on the Monday of the week before. Requests received after this time will not be processed" ... is not compliant with the GW313 Annual Leave Policy. There is no time limit set in policy for annual leave and UNISON would expect all leave requests to be considered even if they are submitted at shorter notice. For Paramedics, this will be effective from Monday 9th August and for ECA's it will be Monday 23rd August. Relief planning We are in the process of planning the shifts for the Paramedics for next week, and would be grateful if you could refrain contacting us regarding next week until we have had opportunity to complete this task. An email will be sent to you each week to advise you that your shifts are complete on Promis.
