| Having undergone nationally-recognised TUC- accredited training, these stewards are qualified to represent members in meetings, grievances and disciplinaries. | Supplementary to stewards, WPCs are UNISON members in your work place who can keep you updated, give you information or refer you to a branch officer or steward. | H&S reps have undergone stage one of UNISON's training to enable them to perform H&S inspections. Further nationally recognised courses allow reps to gain H&S Officer qualifications. |
